Probleme d'instattation agent tracker 1.5.0

Bonjour,

J'ai installé l'agent Tracker 1.5.0 en suivant le wiki. Quand je lance l'agent perl me répond qui ne trouve pas la dll perl56.dll. Quand je rajoute la dll dans c:\perl\bin perl se plante sans rien faire. Avez vous un début de solution ? Merci d'avance

Bon j'avance, j'ai trouvé. Il bloque sur l'appel de device_serials.pm. Quelqu'un à t'il eu le probleme je ne trouve rien concernant ce module Help me.

pourtant oui c'est bon. essayes quand même de passer 192.105.100.0 à 192.105.100.1 mais je ne penses pas que ça vienne de là

Sur un linux et quand tu es dans le dossier glpi : chown -R www-data files

J'ai remplacé le fichier php mais maintenant quand je lance GLPI j'ai le message suivant :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare plugin_tracker_install() (previously declared in /var/www/html/glpi/plugins/tracker/setup.php:151) in /var/www/html/glpi/plugins/tracker/hook.php on line 1221

dois-je désinstaller et réinstaller tracker ?

Quand vous avez mis à jour Tracker, vous avez supprimé le dossier Tracker et mis les nouveaux fichier dans un dossier vide ou vous avez mis les nouveaux fichier dans le répertoire ou se trouvait déjà les anciens fichiers?

Je veux dire quand vous avez mis Tracker 2.1.0 ? c'était une mise à jour (si oui, copie des fichiers dessus les anciens ou dan sun nouveau répertoire) ?

Version 71.5 donc j'ai mis la version 2.0.2 de tracker comme indiqué dans le Wiki
