Hello,
The issue is that one :
+ a user (requester profile ) create an assistance ticket (ticket is in new status)
+ another group (change manager) assign ticket to a group of technician ( attributed status )
+ the group of technicien can see the assigned ticket, add followup and tasks BUT when task is created the ticket DOES NOT change to planned status
IMPORTANT : Please note the profil of the technician does have the right to modifiy the workflow of the ticket
BUT I choose NOT to let them have the right to update the ticket (I don't want them to modify description, or other items on the forms)
