Self-service profile can't see the followup images document

Morning,
I'm using GLPI version 9.1.2
I have a problem with users that have "Self-service" profiles.
Overall, everything has been running as well as i want in ticketing process.
But there's just one problem. Why the Self-service's users can't see the followup images document (such as .jpg or .png) sent by the technician or admin?
But when they send it by themselves, the images can be show.
I don't know what's really being the problem. Is it cause the bugs in version or my apache (php) logs don't support it? Anyone can help me to solve this problem, please?
