Fusion-inventory encoding change

Hi guys,
Have a problem with encoding or lack of necessary fonts, fusion-inventory agent sent a software inventory with the questions mark for example:
????? ??????????????????? ??????????? Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (???????) ; ??? ????? ?? Microsoft Office 2016 - ????? ; ??????????? ??????? Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (x64)
In windows registry everything is displayed normally for example: Microsoft Office 언어 교정 도구 2016 - 한국어 ; Microsoft Office Proofing Tools 2016 - हिंदी ; Microsoft Office емле тексеру құралдары 2016 - қазақ

Is it trouble in Fusion-inventory agent encoding(by default it's UTF-8)? if yes, where(in what file) I can change it to another one and on what?

There is an answer.  The HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\CodePage\ACP key is not 1251 (for cyrillic in my case). Change codepage to 1251 and restart machine with agent installed. In the next inventory all symbols will be correct.
