suppliers notification bug

Hello, congratulations on the great work you are doing on this product, I am using it on several customers and are very happy.
I wanted to report a problem with notifications:
Using the change or the problems and assigning them to suppliers do not get notifications email , I've tried different versions of glpi(9.1.3 9.1.4 9.1.6), but I always have the same problem, in the ticket the notifier to the suppliers is working properly, it's only in the changes and problems that do not work. You can help.
