REPOST - New Version 9.1.2 and new Problem MAILGARE(cron)

after update 9.1.1 to 9.1.2 "maingate" Stopped working automatically/
I mean that tasks from the mailbox are not automatically added
Only by manually pressing the receive button
OS Centos 6.8
crontab -e
*/5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /var/www/html/glpi/front/cron.php &>/dev/null

what`s wrong?

or

/usr/bin/php - corect path
/var/www/html/glpi/front/cron.php - correct path
php-cli - installed. latest.

[root@CNFPDCIT01 ~]# crontab -l
*/1 * * * * /usr/bin/php /var/www/glpi/front/cron.php &>;/dev/null

I try and not work:

this work on shell

this not work  on shell

this not work on shell

-bash: :/dev/null: none file or folder

mail server time 12:20:05
glpi server time 12:24:11

synchronization time fix this problem
