Ticket - "Assigned to". Restrict technicians list by group.
Exampl. Group - 1.group
Ticket - Assigned to 1.group.
Technicians from "1.group" can see only tickets from own group - ok
Supervisor with privilages to change technician can see all of technicians, include external groups.
How to restrict "Assign to", to show technicians ONLY from the group, where the ticket is assigned?

you may define by defining separate entity and create technicians under that entity so that it will show only that particular entity.
Being in charge option at profile level will be the key.If you select that it will show all the users as technicians.
Define new entity--->define profile under that entity -->add that profile at user level.

??
How can I, easy way, assign task to specific group under a different entity? Only way is use a "transfer".
So, first, changing the entity using a "transfer" rule, and then assign to group ? ....

List of technicians are all users how have right to being in charge of a ticket.
There is no like between group assigned and list of technicians

Little strange. I have a few category, for example:
"Hardware"
"Software"
"Client"
And groups of technicians:
"Front-Office"
"Back-Office"
"Developers"
All of same entity. And now, I have all of technicians on one list ? LOL.
Or second idea, create more entitys, and using transfer rule to migrate example task to other groups?
It should be, in my opinion, a option to restrict of list technicians according to category?

On category you can define one technical group or one technician for automatic assignation.
