When writing a solution the incident goes to closed instead of resolved. This error was thrown when updating to 9.1.2. Someone has managed to correct this inconvenience?

many reasons for that:
- parameter Autoclose delay in the configuration of your entity is set to immediately
- cycle life in your profile don't allow to have Solved status
- you have a business rule defined to close ticket
