I have glpi system (v0.72RC3) configured to automatically login via NTLM autorization using AD account. Everything was working OK until today when I changed my password.
In web browser I got:
Internal Server Error

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
In /var/log/apache2/error.log
[6676] AuthenNTLM: verify handle = 3 smbhandle ==
[Wed Jul 01 11:01:19 2009] [error] SMB Server connection not open in state 3 for /
[Wed Jul 01 11:01:19 2009] [crit] [client 10.0.11.19] configuration error: couldn't check user. No user file?: /
I check that using IE8 and FF3.5 . The same result. I also logout / login to workstation.
Any suggestions ?
Regards,

Sounds like apache isn't set up to do NTLM auth correctly, not sure though...
My Configuration: GLPI .72.3 running on XAMPP from a VMware Virtual Machine (Windows XP). PHP 5.2, Apache 2.2.3...

It was working so far and it IS working for other users ... Domain account is NOT locked, it has valid password etc.

Is the user in a different OU that GLPI isn't set to check?
Also, If you look in the user list, do the users exist in GLPI? Did they come over with the LDAP link when searching for LDAP users?
Just throwing ideas out...
