Disable ticket templates for child entities
I have 10 ticket templates in the root entity and I want to disable them all.
As there is no option to disable the templates but only a "delete permanently", I have setup the "Child entities" to "No" for all the templates.
But when I move to a child entity and try to create a new ticket, the templates are still used.
Prod: Windows 2008 R2 - Apache 2.4.26 (Win64) - OpenSSL 1.1.0f - PHP 7.1.6 - MySQL 5.7.23 - GLPI 9.3.1 (600+ users authenticated with AD in 20+ entities)

Have you login out after modification?

Yes and still have the issue today
