auto-assign default entity

I've disabled default Root rule and setup my own but new users still get assigned to "Root Entity-Post Only", is there anyway to remove that or its a must? I'm trying to figure out how to set it up so new tickets go to different entity by default, rather than user needing to select it manually. Authentication is through LDAP and glpi 0.71.5.

Thanks,

Re: auto-assign default entity

Its for new users, Ive setup rule that assigns them to their own entity but they also get added to root entity, and root entity selected default when they try to submit ticket, that's the problem. If they need to be in root entity, should not be there be a way to select default one?

Thanks,

Re: auto-assign default entity

Looks like I figured it out on my own, went to Post-only profile and set "Default profile" to No.
