License:Serial number WinXP

Hello,
I am new to GLPI. I am not clear with the terms "global license" and "unglobalize". Could someone explain what it is all about?
Further: Situation is: OCSNG import to GLPI (10 PC). Win XP: 8 oem licenses (8 diferent SN), 2 select licenses (same SN).
Question:
Does GLPI find out SN of Win XP installation? Cause in GLPI are 10 installations of Win Xp and there is no way to split out them to OEM and select.
