Plugins on GLPI

Good morning.
 
Download GLPI version 0.90.1 on Windows and download the OCS NG plugin, activate it but when I'm setting the database an error:
Connection to the database failed
thank you very much for your help
also with this new version I have a concern as I do to configure OCS agent.
