Richtext on the ticket form
Hi . When I set up a ticket model to enter a description using the richtext , for some reason , this field applies to my description , but showing the field with a large blank space below my predefined text , requiring having to scroll add the ticket. If I apply the same HTML directly to a call without using the template , the field is displayed normally.
My GLPI: 0.90.1
