Custom fields GLPI

Hi,

I have a question, is possible custom fields in the page for tickets registration?? i found the pluggin for custom fields in computers, software, but I need change the page where the user register a ticket...

Now, Im using Request Tracker, but I think that GLPI is better so, I want change RT to GLPI... but I need custom fields..

I apreciate if you can help me!
