Computer Inventory Page not showing up

Problem: The INVENTORY screen for an INDIVIDUAL computer is suddenly coming up blank. My current configuration is as follows:

GLPI: 0.71.5 (I upgraded just last week - it started out just fine)
OCS-NG 4100
Mozilla Firefox 3.0.9 (this was the last upgrade to my computer)
Ubuntu Server 8.04 (kernel is 2.6.24-23-server)
Win XP Client with SP 3

NOTE: Using OCS, I tried (somewhat successfully) to pull some info out of the registry, prior to having the problem, although the screen was still visible. The only problem seemed to be that my own computer did not show registry results, but the other sample computers did do so.

I am rather desperate to get this screen working again. I am demoing this software at work, so I need this to work. The mistake was very likely mine, and is not a problem with the software. I just need to fix it.

As an attempt to fix it on my own, I tried two approaches. First, I simply tried restoring from an earlier backup file. This did not work. My second attempt was to extract both the computer.form.php and computer.php files from the original tar file, and copy them into /var/www/glpi/front/. I tried once without doing a file restore, then with a file restore. Both went to a blank screen on the browser.

I would be very grateful if someone can help me with this. I am hoping that I do not have to do a complete re-installation, since time is crucial.

Active Debug mode (see dedicated page on Documentation) and look in the log.

From which version have you upgrade ?

What is you memory_limit ? (increase to at least 32 or 48M if less)

Your solution was perfect! I had forgotten to change the setting when I installed the software. The setting was 16. I changed it to 48. And, thank you very much for a very fast response! I am actually going to use this as an example when I give my presentation to prove that we don't really have to worry about receiving support when using Open Source. The world is there and ready to help! Thank you very much.

Votre solution était parfaite ! J'avais oublié de changer l'arrangement quand j'ai installé le logiciel. L'arrangement était 16. Je l'ai changé en 48. Et, merci infiniment d'une réponse très rapide ! Je vais réellement employer ceci comme exemple quand je donne ma présentation pour montrer que nous ne devons pas vraiment nous inquiéter de recevoir l'appui en utilisant la source ouverte. Le monde est là et prépare pour aider ! Merci beaucoup.
