New Ticket

When I am adding a Follow-up to a Ticket what is the difference between "Add" and "Add and Close"?

How do I do to close the ticket supposing I'm the technician?

Close = close ticket  when you want to create ticket and close it in the same action.

I have a problem. I do a new Follow up into the ticket and I touch in ADD AND CLOSE but the ticket stays Status: Processing (assigned).

What I need to do to close the ticket?

Which version of GLPI ?

Did you also have the problem on the GLPI demo ?

Did you also have the problem on the GLPI demo ?

My version is GLPI 0.71.5.

I resolved the problem. To add and close I need to switch the duration of the ticket, if stay at default the ticket don't close.
