Hi,
Is it possible to make some default helpdesk tickets? I'd like to create "employee leaving" tickets which generate some "check list" like...
1. Remove AD account
2. Remove user network drive
3. etc.
User should also insert some data in to the ticket like user name and other information.
Other ticket could be "Change password" in "xxx"
and other "Permission to directory".
Can someone point me to right direction...

So your looking for ticket templates? I dont think thats a feature at the moment...

Yes. It would be great if user can choose right template for ticket and tech person gets todo list for that job. You can insert all common activities to templates.
