Report Formating: stretch fields | Topics
Hi. Here, at SEPLAG, we have a customization over GLPI ver. .90.1, called "COGEP"; this application, thanks to this customization, has Acompanhamento as tag from field FollowUp and Assunto regarding same about field Description.
We did like to suggest, as a general enhancement, whose we will benefit, too, into reports: to make reports, like this (see figure attached) where lines do not match corresponding fields, i. e., whilst Assunto (Description) uses Horizontal Rulers, Code addressing Andamentos - Date seems to employ simple CR (as a <br>, for instance). The problem is not merely visual. It impacts comprehension and renders difficult to follow report data. In another situation, either customized app, we have seem this, but now it impacts fatally legibility. A way to keep data aligned horizontally, for short.
And one more thing: such case you consider valuable this enhancement, what about to turn it retro-compatible with GLPI .8X.x?
