Is it possible to have all the members in a Group to "Add a new Follow-up" to a ticket that is created by a member of the same Group?
For example: user1 and user2 are in GroupA. When user1 posted a ticket, user2 able to view it (using rules). However, user2 cannot add a new follow-up (the 'Add a new Folow-up' tab does not show in user2's Tickets view)
The reason this would be useful is other members in the group might know the solution want to add it to the ticket.
thank you..

This would work if the users in the group has 'normal' profile. Is it possible to have the 'post-only' profile to have the same feature?

I'm still trying to find ways to work around this issue.
Is it possible to add profile normal's Assistance -> 'Add follow-ups to all tickets' attribute to profile post-only?

Anyone know if this option even exist at all? Basically I would like members in the same group (with post-only profile) to be able to add comment to a helpdesk ticket. How do I enable 'Add a new Follow-up' tab for all members in the group?
thank you ...

I tried assigning the group under 'assigned group' but still not work. I assume it's because the group has 'post-only' profile.
I have a scenario: A user in finance_group (post-only profile) requests for a new phone, and I would like his manager who is in the same finance_group to post a follow-up approval comment on the request. Is there a way to accomplish this in GLPI?
thanks..
