I am using GLPI version 0.70.2.
I have a lot of entries in the Knowledge Database, but only a few of them are showing up in the FAQ.
How do I get all of these to show up in the FAQ?

FAQ is a sub set of the KB.
You need to mark each article as part of the FAQ.
Or give all the user read access to the KB

Hello.
I have enabled the public FAQ, so I can access to it without login first in GLPI.
I have also created a topic in the Knowledge Base enabled to be shown in the public FAQ.
The problem is that when I access the public FAQ, I can only see the categories, but not the topics, so I can see nothing at all.
How can I solve this?
Thanks.

No, I think, you only create a topic in the FAQ.
The public FAQ is a sub-set of the secured FAQ : topic viewable by all, which means :
- created in the root entity
- visible in all the child-entity (recursive flag on)

Thanks a lot remi.
The problem was that I didn't select the recursive flag. Once selected it is shown in the public FAQ.
Best regards.
