Deleting Tickets

I have problems with deleting the tickets. I am using Ubuntu 8.10, GLPI 0.71.5 and latest php and mysql. The problem is when I check multiple tickets and choose delete, when I press POST nothing happens. I can see the address massiveaction.php but only blank screen is there. If I go back, tickets are still there. Same goes if I check to change status for all the tickets. Nothing happens only massiveaction.php window is there.

If I Use debug mode I get:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /var/www/glpi/plugins/resources/setup.php on line 1594

I increased memory limit in php.ini so now it works.
