ISA are you probably talking about a patch panel where all your CAT5/6 or whatever cabling you have is patched to ?
Just tell us your intention what you want to achieve. First we need to evaluate what you mean by patch panel and then tell us what's your intention to do with it.

oh i'm sry...i mean patchpanel
i'd like to represent our network structure in this plugin...
here a example of my problem:
The Server-Switch is connected with a patch panel... further the patch panel is connected with a LAN Socket and the LAN Socket is connected to a Computer or Telephone
But when i connect the Server-Switch to the next network device the 2. network device connect automatically with the Server-Switch and i can't connect it with a 3. device...

Sorry, but I guess that's not possible for now, as you need to have two connections from patch panel and switch side. Server --> Patch Panel --> Switch Patch Panel --> Switch --> PC. I am not aware that this kind of configuration is possible. Suggestion, leave out the patch panel. I haven't seen a lot of drawings where they are included anyhow.

You can manage your "patch panel" as a network equipment.
You will be able to manage connection from PC to patch panel and from patch panel to Switches.

But what about the server that he needs to connect to the patch panel as well ?

The server is a PC, AFAIK

Understood that one, but if you create the patch panel as a network device, how do you connect the server/PC and the switch to the same patch panel port ?

Of course 2 equipment cannot be connected to the same port.
You must create 1 port for each physical plug ont the patch pannel,
Probably something like
IN-01
IN-02
IN-03
...
OUT-01
OUT-02
OUT-03
...
Then : SERVER to Patch panel port IN-01 and Patch panel port OUT-01 to switch
Ok, this is only a workaround.

hey guys,
thanks a lot for your answers. Seems that i have to create 1 port for each device.
Maybe the creator of this nice Plugin could include a feature into the new Version that make that happen...
