Hello,
I just ran across this project and was extremely impressed. I'd like to know if it is possible to open one ticket that references multiple computers? We often make the same changes to a group of systems at a time and the interface doesn't seem to support opening one ticket to multiple systems.

This is not (yet ?) possible.
Probably not usefull for "Incident Management" (which GLPI is designed for) but usefull for "Service request" or "Change Managment" (which GLPI could be in a future version)

What if you have an incident where the hardware in question is replaced with a new piece of hardware. It would be useful to be able to reference both pieces of hardware to that ticket.
