Documents backup

How do you handle documents backup? While the sql dumps are straightforward within the GLPI interface, I assume that I also need to backup the directory where the documents are located.

What's the directory path to the documents folder and are there any other key directories to backup as well?

Saving the full glpi directory is problably a good idea.

The glpi/files is used for the documents (all folders not starting with a _)
