Hi all,
I created many business rules to assign category, to assign prority,...
Several rules work for new or updated tickets but several work only when I update a ticket.
For exemple, I create a ticket who contain category and priority informations in the description. After created the ticket, the category wasn't automatically assign. And enter in the ticket and Update it => the category will be automatically assign.
I specify that all rules are define to be active for Add or update tickets.
I Don't know if the problem occurs on the rules that have been changed.
I can send you screen shot or rules détails if you want...

In fact, i just found the problem...
All rules who contain criterion with accents don't work... arff... stupid french language....
I replaced all word with accents and all rules work again
