Suggestion For Choosing A Category

Right now as it stands, if you have a lot of categories, it could possibly take a while to find what your looking for, even though it is nested.

Could the category selection process be changed so that you only see the parents in the drop down menu? Then once a parent is selected, a new drop down menu appears allowing you to choose the child category?

This would streamline the ticket creation process a bit for end users.
