Hi,
I ran into a problem in 0.90 version while creating a new ticket with a requester not being a GLPI user in the user database.
In the older versions you could create a ticket and simply fill in any e-mail address in the Requester field and the ticket update information would go to that given address.
In the 0.90 version, when creating a ticket and browsing the Requester Actor field it only gives you the users from the GLPI user base and you can't give a custom e-mail address. Same goes with editing a ticket. You can only add an existing user or group but with our cases we constantly have to edit or change the requesters e-mail addresses and this no longer seems to be possible.
Am I missing something or doing something wrong or perhaps enable a feature or install some plugins to fix this?
Thank you in advance,

Hi,
setup>general> tab Assistance>Allow anonymous ticket creation (helpdesk.receiver)="YES"
then you can type any email adress in requester (in the requester email field, not in requester user field)

Thank you for the reply,
that feature was set to YES ans the setup was replicated from our previous version, but the main problem was actually that we disabled the mail notification when running tests with the new version. That seemed to hide the whole e-mail field alltogether.
Also some custom CSS messed up the view a bit, but that was easily fixed.
Greets,
