bug: Email notifications - Watchers get no URL
When GLPI is set to mail out notifications of ticket updates, the URL is stripped from messages sent to watchers.
Several watchers here have complained about this, as it means they can't jump straight to the ticket in question.

OK, I worked out why this happens:
If the link is ##ticket.url## then things are fine.
If the link is ##ticket.urlapprove## then it is stripped from mail sent to watchers.
For us, this is undesireable behaviour.

A watcher can't approve a ticket, only its author or its requester.
These 2 links are different. You can use ticket.urlapprove only if ticket is solved
