I have one problem. The option "Yes" is set in Setup -> notifications -> setup -> Use Email Follow-ups and Notification Options -> For all new tickets -> Manager Requester group is set for receiver email. My group is configured with manager, but not receiver email.

2 - manager of the group is defined ?
3 - the manager have an email defined ?

Yes.
I have a test group with two users: user1 and user2. User1 is the manager of the group.
Both are configured with e-mail.
