Software - Child entities set to No in new version

When I add new version, parameter Child entities is set to Yes(can`t change this attribute. Is inherited form it`s parent). When I open added new version, Child entities is set to No and I can`t add this version to child entities.
Not working after upgrade GLPI from 0.8.39 to 0.85.4
