[webservices]: Add requester/assign to a ticket
How to add requester and assign to a ticket? I only found method for observer (glpi.addTicketObserver) in the documentation

You can assign a ticket to a person using glpi.setTicketAssign

You can't add requester after that ticket was created by webservices.
