Changing a name that is used in more fields

Hi i got a question. if you go to administration->users-> new user

You get the field tel and tel 2.

Now we need an extra field here is their a way to change that tel 2 to a whole new entry that i can add in the locale file?

I just cant change the tel 2 becouse tel is just the standard telephone pane for glpi
