Add more status-fields / print tickets

Hi,

how can i add a new entry in the status field?

I need this entries:

- Wait for response from the company XYZ
- Wait for response from IT

....
....

How can i print a ticket? I need a printable view in glpi. Is this possible?

add a status field , it s not possible for the moment.

(is you affect a ticket to a company XYZ and you se the status to pendin, it's evident that you wait a response from this company no ?)

print ticket, have a look to the pdf plugin
