Please excuse me for so may questions over the last few days, but I'm trying to understand the system...
I have created some entities as follows
Entity 1) "Schools"
Entity 2) "AnyTown School" as a child of "Schools"
Entity 3) "AnotherTown School" as a child of "Schools"
I have created 1 helpdesk ticket for "AnyTown school"
I have created 2 helpdesk tickets for "AnotherTown School"
I have created 4 helpdesk tickets as the root user.
If I go into Global stats as "Root Entity (Show All)" I see that there are 7 tickets.
If I go into Global stats as "Schools" I see that there are 0 tickets.
If I go into Global stats as "AnyTown School" I see that there is 1 ticket.
If I go into Global stats as "AnotherTown School" I see that there are 2 tickets.
I would have expected that if I selected "Schools" I would have seen 3 tickets.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible (and how) to configure it so that an entity shows the sum of any tickets in it AND any of it's child entities?
Thanks for your assistance
P.s. I am using GLPI 0.70.2
GLPI 0.78.1 ... but planning to upgrade soon!

Before getting into the more complicated things...is the profile for the account you are using set as dynamic (D) or recursive (R)?
Offline
1) To see an entitiy and it s children you must select the arrow near the name of the entity.
2) Recursive mean that the profile could see the entity and it s children
