Question about the MailGate

Hi,
i have using the MailGateway, but, i have one question, the tickets is opened only if me, go to "Mail Gateway" clique to Gateway, and click on "Receive the Tickets Now" ??? Not automatic? Or exists one mode for automatic, and i not know?

Very interest, but, exists one problem, when i not have access to Shell under one server? For example, when i use one third-party host?
