I remember reading that GLPI as of ver. .70.2 is able to create a ticket from an email being sent, much like Request tracker (which I don't care for, thats one of the reasons why I'm trying GLPI). How can I set this up? I haven't found any kind of instructions. I have setup an email gateway and did an email test under Administration > Authentication. What other steps do I need to get through?
I'm a little stupid, if you couldn't tell by my last post.

Send a mail to the address configured for the gateway.
Wait for the "internal" cron to retrieve it or force the retrieval from the gateway form.
