please help me

step 0 of installation error:

Check writing mode for dump                    files File was deleted - Perfect !
                                                              The file could not be created.

Check writing mode for document files       Check that PHP has a right of writing for the
                                                              directory: 'reports/reports/convexcel/tmp/'.
                                                              If you are under a Microsoft Windows environment,
                                                              check if it is only in read right mode.

i cant find the reports/reposrt/convexcel/tmp, also i tried chmod 777 on dump and documents anyone please..
i ma using sme 6.0.1 (contribs.org) linux 7.3

This is a bug in translation ->  directory: 'reports/reports/convexcel/tmp/'.

You must have right of writing in :

-  /backups/dump
-  /glpi/config
-  /docs/

That's all.
