How udpgrade from 0.70.1 in 0.70.20?

My glpi is'n web server in my site. How udpgrade from 0.70.1 in 0.70.20? From in your system? Whith ftp? How make backup before upgrade?

You could do it by ftp

1) make backup of all your glpi directory by ftp and put it in a secure place
2) use phpmyadmin to make a dump of your database and put it in a secure place
3) put with ftp the new files of GLPI 0.70.2
4) follow the upgrade process
