Business Rules for Tickets Issue

Hello GLPI Team,

today I would like to ask for your about a mistake that I have in the creation rule:
I  assign a Rule with the criteria, that when the technician is ---- (no one) Assign a technician especific.
My problem is that the rule only works for users with profile with privileges, for a post-only user, doesnt work, and this rule is created for this kind of user.

What can I do? o what I missing?

You can not assign a post only user as technician.

Maybe I dont explain well, I have a Rule with the criteria, that when the technician is ---- (no one) Assign a technician especific (this user has a technician profile).

Thats mean that the post only user generate the ticket, but it is created without assign a technician despite the rule.

The rule don't need the right so it must work in both cases.
Are you sure the rule works in your test and not the profile setting from the technician. (assign my self ...)

Which glpi version do you have? I think you need the latest 9.2.1 there are some bugfixes last year.

You are right, effectly the rule is not working for any profile, and when I test it with admin profile and put in technician --- (none) automatically assign myself.

I have installed 9.1.6 version. This is a bug?
