Problems in the login of GLPI 0.90.3

Good afternoon, I just installed GLPI 0.90.3, because I do not have access to Shell (TErminal) of my server, we downloaded the ZIP file Source Code from GitHub, and copy the files and folder downloaded to my server via FTP. After that I created a data base and a User and assigned this User to the Data Base, then imported Data Base using the file glpi-0.90-empty.sql from "Install" Folder.

After this I go to the URL of my GLPI, and it shows me the Login Page, I introduce the generic user and password ("glpi" for both). And the only that I can see is a banner that shows: GLPI Logo at the left and at the right the user name "glpi" and the icon for logout.

What I missing?

Can any one help us?

I just did the same for 0.90.5 with the same result.
