i have 1 maybe silly question about... helpdesk, when i add 2 users, A and B, they are both on the same group ... GROUP and have same profile "post-only", in profile edit menu i add the option
that they can see group helpdesk questions, but they dont... see, mmm i check when A user posts some msg, the msg is without group GROUP and i add business rule that if the CATEGORY is SOMETHING add group GROUP to msg ( i was thinking that was the problem ) but it isnt working for me... ;( They are in the same entity.... what i could or should do ?;-)

Group assigned to a ticket is the group of the equipment (which is unique) not the group of the user (which is not unique).
