deploying packages to remote users

whats the best way to create and deploy a package for remote users?

I am trying to have a one click install for remote users.  Kind of a foolproof way in which to inventory machines being used at another location so that there is minimal interaction by the user.

Ocs NG do it. When you use it do inventoring yours computers, you can deploy package easily without user interaction.

the package i have requires the user to enter information....such as the server name and other things, i want to be able to skip that for the user

Perhaps you could use something like AutoIt to fill in the information? It's incredibly useful for stuff like this.
