Contact - Contactnumber and user fields

Hi to all,

Question : I was wondering is there any way some fields could be autom. filled up?
The thing is I am using the Active Directory link to fill up my user database. All works perfect.
But now : I would like when I selected a user from the dropdownlistbox, this when I add or update a device/computer/printer/... , that the fields ' contact and contactnumber ' are autom. filled up with the data that is gathered from the databasetable.

Once these fields are autom. filled up I would set these fields as READONLY so all user information is gathered in one table and is always up 2 date with my Active Directory.

Does anyone have expirience with this or know how to resolve this.
