Hi, I hv install Ticket Validation plugin and it seems working OK. One think that quite bothering me is the validation answer from user only sent to Admin, not to the Technician (who create the validation request). So as an Admin it makes me very busy. It would be nicer if the validation answer can be sent to Technician. Any solution for this?

I would like to have an additional feature in Validation. In many caases users are creating a ticket where they attach a document where they ask for permissions. The attached document cannot be forwarded to the approver.
Can "Validation" be made in the way that the approver can also see the attached document?
