Possible to HIde groups fro ticket creation screen?

We have been having users randomly selecting groups when they create a ticket.  The only groups we currently have are for assigning printers so it is pretty much just an aesthetic issue so its not really a show stopper...

Is there any way to hide/ prevent users from selecting groups on ticket creation?  Just trying to clean up the interface a bit.
