Hi,
When I try to assign a particular incident to a an IT expert it doesnt show the name of the technician. All it shows is glpi,normal,tech.
I have created IT engineers users and have added them to a profile "technician". But none of them show up. How can I assign the incident to these users.
Please hel;p.

Does this user have right on the entity of the ticket ?
