Managing expired contracts

Hi!

I'm trying to find out how to manage an expired contract. Let's see it in an example:

Name: AutoCAD Subscription
Duration: 12 months
Begin date: 2008-01-01
Contract Period: 12 months
Renewal: Tacit

So, what should I do on January 1st, 2009, if the contract is automatically renewed?
Should I make a new contract?. Extend duration?

Thanks

Re: Managing expired contracts

Nobody is using contract management?
How do you do it?

Re: Managing expired contracts

GLPI could notify you before the end if you want.

After you could extend duration and attach a document if needed.
Or you could alos create a new contract it depends on your needs.
