Auto Assign Technician

There is an option to automatically assign tickets to the technician in charge, but how do I set which user is the default "technician in charge"?

I think I missed this in the basic instructions somewhere.

My Configuration: GLPI .72.3 running on XAMPP from a VMware Virtual Machine (Windows XP). PHP 5.2, Apache 2.2.3...
