Partial import from OCS to glpi

When I select the option import new computers from glpi/ocsng. It shows me all the computers in OCS but when I try to import few of the computers it shows the status import successful but not all the computers are imported.

Also ocsreports displays an error "Can't create/write to file 'C:\Program Files\OCS Inventory NG\xampp\tmp\#sql_784_0.MYD"

This log also appears in glpi sqlerror log file. "08:28:58
*** MySQL query error :
***
SQL: SHOW COLUMNS FROM glpi_software
Error: Can't create/write to file 'C:\Program Files\OCS Inventory NG\xampp\tmp\#sql_784_0.MYD' (Errcode: 17)"

I dont understand where the problem lies as all the computers are imported but only few show up in Inventory.

NOTE: This happens randomly. If I import the same computers some other time they are imported successfully and also show up in glpi.

mysql version : 5.027
OCS server :1.01 on Windows
glpi version: 0.71

Also the cron and ocs mass import plugin is not working. This issue has been posted in http://glpi-project.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=13089
I do not see any progress in the above post

Please help please help.

Re: Partial import from OCS to glpi

It doesnt seem to be  a mysql issue. If you use the older versions that is versions below 0.70 you will never face this problem. I encounter this problem only when install the latest versions.

It could be a compatibility issue.

How to solve this problem. Can anyone help because I have gone back to the old version of glpi now and installed it.

Re: Partial import from OCS to glpi

Solved the issue.

It was not mysql nor glpi.

Just made a wild guess and uninstalled Mcaffee. This solved the issue I think it was blocking the access.
